DEMIZON TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to BOPETNO, better known as DEMIZON. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the business relationship between Demizon and our customers, in accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC). By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the provisions set forth herein.

2. DEFINITIONS

"Demizon": The marketer of responsible and eco-friendly products.
"Consumer" or "Customer": Individual or legal entity that acquires, uses or enjoys the goods or services offered by Demizon.
"Products": Goods offered by Demizon, manufactured under responsible and sustainable practices.
"Website": E-commerce platform accessible through www.demizon.com.

3. CONDITIONS OF SALE

3.1 Orders

Orders may be placed through our website or directly with our sales executives. The consumer will receive confirmation of the order by e-mail or other agreed means, in accordance with Article 76 BIS of the LFPC.

ARTICLE 76 BIS.- The provisions of this Chapter apply to the relationship between suppliers and consumers in transactions carried out through the use of electronic, optical or any other technology.

3.2 Prices

All prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. The prices in force shall be those appearing at the time the order is placed.

3.3 Payment Methods

Demizon accepts cash, wire transfers and bank deposits. In accordance with Article 7 BIS of the LFPC, payments made will be duly acknowledged, and the customer will receive a receipt or electronic invoice.

ARTICLE 7 BIS.- The supplier is obliged to display in a conspicuous and visible manner the total amount to be paid for the goods, products or services offered to the consumer.

3.4 Invoicing

Electronic invoices are issued in accordance with current tax regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and updated information in due time and form for the issuance of the invoice.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

4.1 Delivery Time

Delivery times will be specified at the time of purchase. In case of delays, we will notify the customer and offer available options.

4.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed prior to checkout, based on the location and weight of the order.

4.3 Risks During Transportation

Demizon ensures that the products are delivered to the customer in good condition. In case of damage or loss during transport, the customer may file a claim based on Article 92 BIS of the LFPC.

ARTICLE 92 BIS.- Consumers shall be entitled to a bonus or compensation when the provision of a service is deficient, is not rendered or provided due to causes attributable to the supplier, or for other cases provided by law.

5. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

5.1 Returns

In accordance with Article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, if the purchase of our products was made through e-commerce, telephone sales, home delivery or other non-face-to-face methods, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 5 business days from receipt of the product, without having to justify the cause or pay any penalty.

ARTICLE 56. The contract shall be concluded five working days after the delivery of the good or the signing of the contract, whichever occurs last. During this period, the consumer shall have the right to revoke his consent without any liability whatsoever. The revocation shall be made by notice or by delivery of the good in person, by registered mail, or by other reliable means.

5.2 Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 60 calendar days of receipt. Demizon agrees to replace the product or issue a refund, as appropriate.

6. WARRANTIES

Demizon warrants that its products comply with the stated technical specifications and are manufactured under sustainable practices. Pursuant to Article 77 of the LFPC, consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in the event of faults attributable to manufacturing, however, we do not assume liability for:

Improper use of the products.
Damage resulting from negligence or incorrect handling by the consumer.

All goods or services offered under warranty shall be subject to the provisions of this law and to the agreement between suppliers and consumer. For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, the warranty shall not be less than sixty days from the delivery of the good or the total rendering of the service.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including text, images, logos and designs, is the exclusive property of Demizon and is protected by copyright laws in accordance with Article 32 of the LFPC. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 32. The information or publicity related to goods, products or services that are disseminated by any means or form must be truthful, verifiable and free of texts, dialogues, sounds, images, brands, denominations of origin and other descriptions that induce or may induce to error or confusion due to deceptive or abusive.

8. PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. The collection, use and storage of personal data are governed by our privacy notice.

9. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

At Demizon we promote sustainability through the use of eco-friendly materials. Although our products are not 100% recycled, we are constantly working to minimize our environmental impact.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Demizon shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, except as provided by applicable law.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on our web site and will be effective immediately.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Mexico. In case of disputes, they will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.
